By installing or using ReClaim Miles, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license (or a 14-Day Demo License) to run the software on your personal or business desktop computers according to your selected tier.

2. Tax Compliance Disclaimer (IRS Rules)

ReClaim Miles provides algorithmic software tools to assist in reconstructing and managing vehicle mileage logs. Elektroinštalácie Poprad, s.r.o. is not a CPA firm or certified tax auditor.

The user assumes full and sole responsibility for verifying the truthfulness, accuracy, and IRS compliance of any generated reports submitted to tax authorities.

3. 14-Day Free Trial Terms

The 14-Day Free Demo Version grants full access to test software capabilities. Upon expiration, users must purchase a lifetime license key to continue generating reports.

4. Lifetime Licenses & Partner Purchases

Lifetime licenses purchased via our website or authorized partners (such as AppSumo) grant permanent access to core desktop features. Future major engine releases or optional cloud features may be subject to updated terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Elektroinštalácie Poprad, s.r.o. shall not be held liable for any tax audits, rejected deductions, interest penalties, or indirect damages resulting from software use.
